Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

AIONN Voice is a product of RYZA Technology by RYZA Global LLC. This policy describes what information the app and our servers collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

Account information. If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address and an authentication credential managed by our identity provider. We use this only to identify your account, manage your plan, and keep you signed in. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or address.

Pasted text. The text you paste or save is stored locally on your device by default. It is not uploaded to our servers when you use Free device voices or when you simply save text to your library.

Cloud speech text. If you are a Premium subscriber and choose a Premium cloud voice, the sentence or section of text currently being read is sent to our server so it can be converted to audio. We do not keep the full text of your documents in usage records; we only record the character count and a content-derived identifier used to cache the audio for your private replay.

Usage and diagnostic data. We collect anonymous or account-linked usage data needed to operate the service: which plan you are on, cloud-voice character consumption, cache hits, playback errors, and basic app health. This helps us enforce fair-use limits, prevent abuse, and fix bugs.

Device and browser data. We may receive standard technical information such as your browser type, operating system, and anonymized identifiers necessary for authentication and security. We do not track your location, contacts, or other device sensors.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to provide and improve AIONN Voice: to authenticate you, to deliver Free device text-to-speech, to generate Premium cloud audio, to enforce plan limits, to cache audio so you are not charged twice for the same sentence, and to diagnose and fix errors. We do not sell your personal information or your pasted text.

3. Text-to-speech and third-party services

Free device voices. When you use a Free voice, your text is processed by your own browser or operating system's built-in text-to-speech engine. The text is not sent to us or to any third-party speech provider.

Premium cloud voices. When you use a Premium cloud voice, the text being read is sent to our server and then forwarded to our speech provider, currently OpenAI, Inc., to generate audio. We send only the specific text needed for synthesis, not your entire document. OpenAI receives and processes that text solely to produce the audio file; we do not use OpenAI for chat, search, or any other AI feature.

Authentication and infrastructure. We use Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for authentication, database, and secure storage. These services process account data and server logs according to their own privacy and security practices.

4. Local storage, preferences, and bookmarks

Your saved texts, reading progress, bookmarks, voice preferences, themes, fonts, and playback settings are stored locally in your browser or device storage. They remain on your device until you delete them from the app or clear your browser data. You can export your saved content or delete it entirely from the Settings page at any time.

5. Data retention

Local data is retained until you delete it. Server-side usage records and cached audio are retained only as long as needed for billing, abuse prevention, and service improvement, typically for a limited period tied to your active subscription. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize associated server records within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep them by law.

6. Security

We protect server-held data with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to authenticated requests, and strict server-side authorization. Cloud speech provider API keys are held only on our servers and are never exposed to the app or to your device. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we follow reasonable security practices for the data we hold.

7. Children's privacy

AIONN Voice is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights and choices

You can access, export, or delete your locally saved data from Settings. You can sign out or delete your account to stop server-side processing of your account data. If you have questions about data we hold about you, you can contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. External links

AIONN Voice may contain links to external websites or services, such as our plan page or authentication provider. This policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review the policy periodically. Continued use of AIONN Voice after changes means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact us

If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please email us at Dayson@ryzaglobal.io.
